1979.- F. Mendoza S.L. is founded in Els Hostalets de Balenyà as a result of the trade experience of the first four workers starting production.

1989.- Following the Seville Sicop exhibition of 1989, F. Mendoza, S.L. takes the decision to commercialise its own brand name products. This was done after hearing feedback from the bakery sector and verifying that its objectives to manufacture quality machinery with its own designs would return the expected answers.

1995.- Opening of the new facilities at La Bòbila Industrial Estate in Els Hostalets de Balenyà. 1200 square metres of factory, stores and offices now become available.

1999.- Level of the international sales volume for the company almost reaches 50% of the total business volume. This very year, F. Mendoza, S.L. becomes one of the main bakery machinery companies in Spain, and the third in international sales volume for the sector.

2000.- F. Mendoza, S.L. acquires a new area next to its factory in order to expand its facilities, due to the continuous increase in its portfolio of customers and also in product and machinery orders.

2001.- A new 800 square metre unit is opened next to the original premises, for the sole purpose of production. The extension, carried out in record time, implies an investment of over 300,000 Euros.
